ENCO FOUNDATION

ENCO Foundation is a Pan African humanitarian organization anchored on partnering with communities in defining their destinies.  

The founder, Esther Ndegwa was inspired and influenced by NELSON MANDELA's dream for Africa to also become the inspiring philanthropist she is in Africa today;

"I dream of an Africa which is at peace with itself... I dream of the realization of the unity o f Africa... that Africans can unite in their efforts to improve and to solve the problems of Africa."

ENCO Foundation focuses primarily on vulnerable children, youth, women and marginalised communities in Africa by empowering them to enlarge their choices in life and ameliorate them from lack of basic needs, self-esteem and freedom from servitude. 

In its approach, the foundation builds a strong capacity that can effectively, efficiently and in equitable ways propel Africa in an innovative path that promotes sustainable development and self-reliance.

Supporting stakeholders to develop the skills and knowledge that they need to enable them to work together to bring about the positive change in managing effective and sustainable initiatives.

• Establish a network for organisations under the projects
• Promote sharing of resources and working practices in disabilities initiatives
• Facilitate mentorship programme to other disability initiatives

Adopt appropriate documentation methods of selected and agreed on activities, process, techniques and outcomes to facilitate sharing of information and successful stories.

We provide cultural training and coaching services to help businesses navigate cultural differences when expanding abroad. Our services include cross-cultural communication, leadership coaching, and team building.
