I am privileged to work under the mentorship of the founder of ENCO FOUNDATION. ENCO Foundation is a Pan African humanitarian organization focused on partnering with communities to define their destinies through strategic communication and public relations services.
The founder of ENCO FOUNDATION is my mentor and role model, inspired by the dream of NELSON MANDELA for Africa during her work with him in South Africa.
"I dream of an Africa which is at peace with itself... I dream of the realization of the unity of Africa... that Africans can unite in their efforts to improve and to solve the problems of Africa."
For the last three years, I have had the privilege of working under the guidance of Esther Ndegwa, the founder of ENCO FOUNDATION, who embodies the spirit of Nelson Mandela as an inspiring philanthropist in Africa. This opportunity has deeply influenced me, allowing me to experience and believe in Mandela's vision for Africa, and motivating me to actively contribute to making it a reality for myself, my community, and my country.
The Foundation primarily focuses on vulnerable children, youth, women, and marginalized communities in Africa, empowering them to expand their choices in life and overcome challenges such as lack of basic needs, self-esteem, and freedom from servitude. Through its approach, the foundation builds strong capacity in international relations that effectively promotes sustainable development and self-reliance across Africa.
