Esther Nyarwai Ndegwa is the founder and CEO of ENCO Communications (Pty) Ltd and ENCO Foundation (link: ENCO Foundation).
As a former Miss Kenya Beauty Queen and international top model (with Elite Networked Worlwide), Esther traveled the world over.
After studying and modeling internationally, Esther worked with African diplomatic missions and international NGOs.
This experience influenced her passion to promote dialogue for meaningful relationships globally for Africa's unity, economic and social development. or this purpose, Esther established ENCO INT'L Relations & Communications Ltd and ENCO Foundation (NGO) as well as other businesses ventures, with group reginal offices in Kenya, South Africa and New York (Iink: ENCO Business Model).
